Once you contact KS, we will assess household income and structure via email to ensure you are to view a property you will pass referencing on.
Any applicant that views on the same day has equal chance to put themselves forward at no cost or charge from KS.
If you are selected as the one applicant to proceed to the referencing stage the reference fee per adult is £120 inc VAT and a rent advance of £100 (holding fee) to reserve the property.
KS charges no fees for inspections, visa checks or to liaise on deposits. If a guarantor is required and available, the guarantor charge is £120 inc VAT. Company reference fee is £150 inv VAT.

If you find a home you like and the landlord is happy with your general scenario, then you will pay a rent advance (holding fee) normally £100 to reserve the property. This added to your first months rent & deposit when you move in so just think of it as some rent in advance.
There may also be a referencing fee due payable to KS at this point. Fee charges set out below:
Tenant Referencing – £120 (inc VAT) Each
Guarantor Referencing – £120 (inc VAT) Each
Company Referencing – £150 (inc VAT) Each
